How to edit the number of active employee seats on my client’s subscription as an agent
Here we will go over how to edit the number of active employee seats on my client’s subscription as an agent
Please note: if you are increasing the number of active employees, this will be effective immediately and you will be charged a pro-rated amount the day you upgrade. If you decrease the number of active employee seats, the subscription will begin from the end of the current billing cycle.
When you reduce the number of active employee seats required, please make sure to deactivate employees that do not require an active employee seat in the people section of the client.
Increase or decrease the number of seats by selecting the ellipses of your client’s card
Select ‘Billing’
Select the number of employee spots
Edit the amount and select ‘View order summary’
Please note: if you choose to reduce the number of employee spots, this will be charged at the end of the current billing cycle. An invoice will be issued when the payment is automatically charged to your account at the end of the current billing cycle.
Review the payment amount and select ‘Proceed’
Your client’s subscription has now been updated
