How to indicate that your employee is a closely held payee
This feature is currently only available for users on STP Phase 2. We're gradually rolling out STP Phase 2 and the new features that come with it on the Payroller web and mobile apps over the coming few weeks.
To indicate that your employee is a closely held payee, select ‘People’
Select the settings wheel on your closely held employee
Select ‘Tax’
Select the ‘Income Type’ dropdown menu
Select ‘Closely Held Payee’
Select ‘Save’ and ‘Close’
You have now marked your employee as closely held
