Verification email
Here we go over what you need to do with your verification email
When you set up your account, you will be sent an email asking you to verify your email address and account.
You will need to open this email and click on the link provided.
If you have not received the email, check your junk or spam folder. If you can't find it in either of these, contact our support team for assistance.
After clicking on your link, you’ll be taken to a page asking you to set up a password.
Enter a strong password in the top box and then enter it a second time in the second box to confirm.
Make sure to read our terms of service and privacy policy and then click Submit.
You’ll next be directed to the login page where you’ll need to enter your details to access the program and setup 2 Factor authentication
Please note that this email will expire after a certain amount of time. You might get to this page and receive a message that says ‘Token invalid or expired’, if this happens, proceed to our login page. If you haven’t yet set a password, click on Forgot Password. This will email you instructions to do so. Once you’re inside the program, you will be able to resend the verification email.
