Adding extra hours
Here we explain how to add extra hours to a pay run
If your employee at any point receives a different rate pay (overtime, penalty rates), you can add them under ‘Extra Hours’.
To do this, click on the ‘Extra hours’ button.
This will be what appears on the pay run.
You can edit whether leave is accrued or not by clicking on ‘Leave accrued/No leave accrued’. Whichever option is showing is what is being applied.
You can also choose whether these are ordinary hours (subject to super) or overtime hours (not subject to super).
Other edits that can be made are the name of the type of hours, how many hours and the rate of pay.
