Firstly, make sure you have the agent portal open.
You will see that there is a hide button next to the demo account and your practice's account.
Click on this button to hide the corresponding account.
To make this visible again or check your settings, click on Settings in the left column.
Select the Client Page heading.
Here you can see your current Settings and edit as necessary.
There is also a setting for your company's account where only the owner of the account can view and access the profile on the agent portal.
